Keep a clean working environment

  Cleaning the wiper blade and the ink pad

Clean the ink on the wiper pad and the wiper with a non-woven fabric every day after turning on the machine.

Check the status of the print head

Print the status of the print head, use automatic cleaning, ink filling, etc. to make the print head normal.

Keep the status of the print head at the bottom

 After starting the maintenance and cleaning every morning,keep one of the test strips after remarks.

Check before shutting down: 

 Check whether the print head is in good condition before shutting down, use automatic cleaning, ink filling, etc. to make the print head If the status is normal, close the software one by one to ensure that the print head is in a moisturizing state, and then close the printer

Weekly maintenance

Clean the periphery of the nozzle

Move the trolley to the left to the maintenance compartment, and wipe the periphery of the nozzle at the bottom of the trolley with a clean non-woven cloth moistened with cleaning fluid.

Oiling the track

 First clean the trolley track with a non-woven cloth, and then lubricate the trolley track with special roller skates

Clean the grating

Use a dampened non-woven cloth to clean and wipe the dirt first, and then clean it with a clean non-woven cloth

Clean the lifting platform

Clean the ink and foreign objects on the lifting platform.

Check the scraper

It is found that the scraper is old or the elderly should be replaced in time

Check the storage and disinfection environment

Prepare for storage in a cool and dry place, and check the disinfectant that cannot be used once a week

Computer maintenance

 Clean the computer fan, RIP file computer memory that has not been used for a long time

nozzle maintenance

Check the status of the nozzles kept daily to ensure that the nozzles are in good condition

Baking component maintenance

Clean the baking components to ensure that there are no foreign objects inside

Monthly maintenance

Peristaltic pump plpe

Examine the work condition of peristaltic pump pipe. Replace it if it has abrasion

Ink bucket cleaning

 Recommended to clean the ink tank once 1-3 months to remove residual ink at the bottom.

Ink tube maintenance

Check the ink path for air leakage and wear, and clean and replace if necessary.

Replace the filter

It is recommended to replace it in 1-3 months.

Replace the ink sac

It is recommended to replace it in 1-3 months.

Yearly maintenance

Clean the ink supply bottle

Clean it, or replace it if necessary.

Clean the ink pipes

Clean the ink supply pipeline to check for wear and tear, replace if necessary, replace the filter and the ink bag.

Maintenance before stop of the machine

Personnel can be on-site 

Print a one-meter CMYK color block after daily maintenance.

Stop for less than 3 days

Confirm that the print head is in good condition, maintain the ink pad and wiper, tie the ink supply tube and the waste ink tube tightly, fill the ink pad with special moisturizing liquid, reset the cart to ensure that the nozzle is sealed, and press normal Step shutdown. (Pay attention to power off, anti-rat)

Disable the color ink nozzle for 3-7 days          

Confirm that the nozzle is in good condition, maintain the ink pad and wiper, tie  the ink supply tube and the waste ink tube tightly, fill the ink pad with special moisturizing fluid, and reset the cart Make sure the nozzle is sealed,

White ink nozzle

Confirm that the nozzle is in good condition, maintain the ink absorbing pad and wiper, tie the ink supply tube and the waste ink tube tightly, use a syringe to inject the moisturizing liquid into the nozzle to replace the white ink in the nozzle, and find two clean ones Tube, pull out the ink sac on the white ink nozzle, and insert the two ends of a tube into a channel on the nozzle. Shut down according to normal steps. (Be careful not to enter liquid into the cable outlet, and pay attention to power off and rat-proof)

Disabled for more than 7 days

Color white print head: confirm that the print head is in good condition,maintain the ink absorbing pad and wiper, and put the ink supply tube with the waste ink. Tie the tube tightly, use a syringe to inject the moisturizing liquid into the nozzle to replace the ink in the nozzle, find four clean tubes, pull out the ink sac on the white ink nozzle, and insert the two ends of a tube into a channel on the nozzle. . Shut down according to normal steps. (Be careful not to enter liquid into the cable port) Use distilled water to clean the ink cartridge and ink circuit, and replace the ink sac and filter next time you use it. (Pay attention to power off, anti-rat)
