⒈Printer head maintenance

Regularly clean the print head: Use the dedicated print head cleaning solution and follow the requirements specified in the equipment manual for      cleaning. Generally, clean it at least once a week. During periods of frequent printing tasks, you can increase the cleaning frequency appropriately.

Avoid print head blockage: When the equipment is idle, seal the print head properly to prevent dust from entering. At the same time, ensure the         quality of the ink and use the compatible and reliable ink to avoid clogging of the print head due to ink sedimentation or impurities.

Check the print head status: Before starting the machine each day, check the ink output of the print head. If there is a single print head that does not ink or the ink output is uneven, promptly investigate and handle the issue.

⒉Ink system maintenance

Maintain ink cleanliness: Replace the ink filter regularly to prevent impurities from entering the ink system. At the same time, pay attention to the       storage environment of the ink, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperatures to prevent ink deterioration.

Prevent ink leakage: Regularly inspect the connections of the ink pipeline and the ink cartridge to ensure a good seal. If there is leakage, replace the sealing parts or repair it in time.

⒊mechanical components maintenance

Clean the body: After each day's work, use a clean soft cloth to wipe the body to remove dust and ink stains on the surface. For stubborn stains, you can use a mild cleaner for wiping, but be sure to avoid the cleaner coming into contact with the electrical components.

Lubricate transmission components: Regularly (typically once a month) lubricate the transmission components of the printing machine, such as        guides, screws, gears, etc. Use dedicated lubricating oil to ensure smooth operation of the transmission components.

Check for component wear: Regularly inspect the wear condition of mechanical components. If it is found that the belts and gears of the printhead     trolley, for example, are worn, they should be replaced immediately to ensure the printing accuracy.
