Under the double pressure of high temperature and humidity, in addition to taking measures to "cool down" the equipment, it is also necessary to remove the moisture and perform maintenance on the digital printing machines.

1.During hot weather, in order to ensure that the digital printing machine operates stably and continuously in summer, it is essential to strictly control the indoor temperature (18℃ - 30℃) and humidity (35% - 65%) at which the equipment is working. Temperature and humidity gauges can be placed indoors for easy real-time monitoring and timely adjustment.

2. Pay attention to daily dust prevention measures to ensure a relatively clean production environment. If the air in the production process is filled with a large amount of particles or dust, it will affect the printing quality of the equipment.

3. Drying always occurs together with high temperature. At this time, it is necessary to ensure that the grounding wire of the digital printing machine is properly connected to prevent static electricity.

4. During the rainy season, the humid weather can affect the normal operation of the digital printing machine. It is recommended to use a dehumidifier for dehumidification. At the same time, the main body of the digital printing machine should be covered to prevent humid air from invading the related circuit boards and components.

5. In high-temperature environments, do not connect too many devices to one power strip. The digital printing machine and the computer can be equipped with a separate power strip. Other electrical appliances such as chargers, fans, air conditioners, etc. need to be equipped with an additional power strip. Do not share the same power strip with the digital printing machine.
