There are many factors that can affect the printing effect of the white ink transfer printing machine. Only by paying attention to all aspects can high-quality printed patterns be achieved.

The process of white ink stencil printing is very simple. During the printing process, just pay attention to the following points and you will surely be able to print out high-quality printed patterns.

1. Before the white ink transfer printer starts the printing task, a test strip must be printed first. Only after checking that there are no breaks can the image be printed. During the printing process, it is necessary to frequently check for any breakage. If a break occurs during the printing, the printer nozzle needs to be cleaned before continuing the printing task.

2. The ink cartridge should be cleaned or replaced every three months to ensure the smooth operation of the white ink printing machine.

3. The ink tanks and scrapers need to be cleaned frequently. To prevent the white ink printing machine from experiencing line breaks and ink splashing during the printing process, it is essential to keep the digital printing press clean and with good ventilation.

4. The temperature in the workshop where the white ink transfer printing machine operates should be maintained at around 25 degrees Celsius, and the humidity should be controlled between 40% and 60%. Try not to touch the printing surface of the transfer paper with your hands to avoid contaminating the paper and affecting the printing quality, which may result in defective products.

5. The white ink transfer printing machine workshop must ensure cleanliness and hygiene. To prevent dust and impurities in the air from contaminating the transfer paper, ink, printer nozzles and consumables, which could cause damage to the digital printing machine.

6. Pay attention to the ink level in the ink cartridge. Do not empty the ink from the cartridge. The ink level in the cartridge must not be lower than the lowest scale line, otherwise it will cause a break in the line. When adding ink to the cartridge, also be careful not to exceed the maximum scale line of the cartridge, to avoid excessive pressure and causing ink splashing faults.
