Ⅰ. Product Features & Main Applications
The white pigment ink for heat transfer film printing boasts vivid colors, stable quality, excellent performance, environmental friendliness and non-toxicity. It features a simple process without the need for steaming treatment. With strong applicability, this ink is suitable for transfer printing factories, heat transfer sticker manufacturers, various clothing transfer trademarks, transfer patterns, wash labels, personalized custom DTG printing, etc. It can be used for white digital inkjet printing on various textiles such as ready-made T-shirts, cut pieces, and shirt fabrics. It is especially suitable for white ink heat transfer, no-carving, no-hollowing, no-waste removal, and direct-to-garment (DTG) white ink heat transfer sticker processes.

Ⅱ. Product Advantages
① Exclusive leading R&D formula ensures excellent and stable release property, enabling easy peeling in any way - instant peel, hot peel, warm peel, or cold peel.
② Good ink absorption capacity, compatible with carrying white ink of different concentrations to meet diverse customer requirements.
③ Bright and vibrant colors.
④ No static electricity, no powder adhesion, no water edge, and no oil reversion.
⑤ Stable product quality with strict quality inspection.
⑥ Our products contain no formaldehyde.

Ⅲ. Specific Application Steps
Preprocess the desired pattern using image processing software such as Photoshop, then import it into the digital printer's printing software.
Optimally match the printer with supporting heat transfer film, ink, and image color ICC profiles to ensure printed patterns are vivid and color-stable.
Maintain ambient humidity at approximately 40%-70%.
Control indoor temperature between 20-30℃.
Keep the printer's rear heating plate heated to 38-45℃.
After printing the pattern, feed the printed film with patterns into an automatic powder shaking machine.
Due to ink properties, pay attention to climate changes. In winter when temperatures are low, turn on the printer's front and rear heating to ensure stable quality, with a recommended temperature of 40-45℃.
It is also advisable to heat the receiving plate of the powder baking machine to 40-50℃.
Generally, the baking speed after powder shaking should match the printing speed. It is best to use a stepped oven with gradually increasing temperature, controlling the film surface temperature between 70-90℃.
After baking, rewind the patterned film into finished rolls. Transfer it onto the surface of substrates such as clothes using a heat press machine as soon as possible.
Heat press temperature: 150-160℃, adjustable according to the properties of the adhesive powder.
Heat press time: 8-10 seconds.
Heat press pressure: 5-7KG.

It is advisable to match the specific fabric.

Ⅳ. How to Choose Single-sided/Double-sided Film
Double-sided Film
① Recommended for customers using heat transfer printers with 4 or more print heads. Due to the fast printing speed, double-sided film prevents slipping during printing, ensuring more accurate printing positioning.
② Recommended for customers who need to store the printed and baked patterned film for a certain period before heat pressing onto garments.
Single-sided Film
① Recommended for customers using printers with fewer than 4 print heads and who heat press the printed and baked patterns onto garments on the same day.

Ⅴ. Classification of Hot Melt Powder
Hot melt powder is available in coarse (80 mesh), medium (120 mesh), and fine (200 mesh) types, which can be specifically matched and applied according to different customer requirements.
Fine powder is suitable for wash labels with small text.
Coarse powder can be chosen for large-area patterns.
Medium-fine powder is recommended for general patterns.
All hot melt powder should be stored in sealed containers to prevent moisture absorption, which could affect powder shaking results.
Due to differences in printers, inks, board ICC curves, and substrate fabrics among various users, a customized optimal heat transfer film solution can be formulated based on actual conditions.
If the film surface is exposed to moisture or dust for a long time, the exposed section should be cut off before printing to avoid affecting printing quality judgment.
Handle film rolls with care to avoid pressure and damage. When cutting the wrapping film, pay attention to the strength and angle of the tool to prevent deep scratches.
