Adopting Japanese THK ultra-quiet SS+ series linear guides, it features low noise, high precision and long-lasting durability.
The crossbeam is ensured to have a precision error of 0.03mm through multiple heat treatment and aging processes of thickened steel beams, guaranteeing higher running accuracy of the trolley.
The unique ink scraping cleaning method enables 24 ink nozzles to complete the ink scraping operation at once, avoiding the occurrence of situations such as incomplete scraping, clogged nozzles, ink accumulation and ink leakage.
The 15-liter ultra-large continuous ink supply system, combined with the negative pressure ink path, can ensure stable printing for a long time without ink shortage or ink leakage.
The pneumatic roller lifting structure ensures balanced pressure on the paper during pressing, and the function remains intact even after long-term use. It is convenient for replacement, disassembly and installation, facilitating maintenance in the future.
