1.Bright colors

2.Excellent weather resistance

   After printing with heat transfer ink, it undergoes a high-temperature and high-pressure sublimation treatment, which will combine closely with the fibers of the substrate, forming a strong chemical bond. Therefore, the printed image has good light resistance, water resistance and friction resistance, and is not prone to fading, color change or wear and tear. It can maintain the vivid color and the integrity of the image for a long time, and is suitable for outdoor advertising, clothing and other items that need to be used for a long time.

3.Versatile application

    Thermal sublimation ink is mainly applicable to synthetic materials such as polyester fibers, as well as paper, ceramics, metals and other materials coated with thermal sublimation coatings. Through the thermal sublimation process, the ink can be directly transformed from a solid state to an gaseous state, penetrating into the interior of these materials to achieve excellent printing effects. However, for natural fibers such as pure cotton and pure wool, the adhesion and dyeing effect of thermal sublimation ink are relatively poor. Usually, special treatment or combination with other printing processes is required.

4.Printing speed

    The drying speed of thermal sublimation ink is fast. During the printing process, it can solidify quickly without the occurrence of smudging or flowing, thus achieving a higher printing speed and improving production efficiency. This is very important for large-scale printing production operations, such as garment printing and home textile printing, and can meet the requirements of batch production.
