The crossbeam is ensured to have a precision error of 0.03mm through multiple heat treatment and aging processes of thickened steel beams, guaranteeing higher running accuracy of the trolley.
The pneumatic roller lifting structure ensures balanced pressure on the paper during pressing, and the function remains intact even after long-term use. It is convenient for replacement, disassembly and installation, facilitating maintenance in the future.
The self-developed fully enclosed suction platform design features high precision and excellent sealing performance. It can meet the printing requirements for thinner paper with lower weight. The printing platform is less likely to have problems such as bulging or wrinkling of the paper.
The 15-liter ultra-large continuous ink supply system, combined with the negative pressure ink path, can ensure stable printing for a long time without ink shortage or ink leakage.
Multi-level output: Epson's unique VSDT (Variable Drop Size Technology) enables the free control of ink droplet size during printing, thereby reducing the graininess of the image, presenting more detailed picture elements, smooth color transitions, and high saturation.
