Functions and Features
1. Genuine Epson S3200 industrial-grade printhead with a nozzle resolution of 600dpi (2 columns). It adopts variable ink droplet technology to achieve multi-level gray-scale printing, enabling both high-speed and high-quality printing. The S-shaped design ensures higher precision in multi-printhead connection, resulting in smaller footprint for wide-format and multi-color printing, and better compatibility with the Single-Pass printing ink circulation function, ensuring more stable ink droplet ejection.
2.Adopting Japanese THK ultra-quiet SS+ series linear guides, it features low noise, high precision and long-lasting durability.
3.The crossbeam is ensured to have a precision error of 0.03mm through multiple heat treatment and aging processes of thickened steel beams, guaranteeing higher running accuracy of the trolley.
4.The paper feeding and discharging system adopts industrial-grade servo-driven reducers, which are fast and precise, ensuring a smoother paper feeding and discharging process.
5.The self-developed fully enclosed suction platform design features high precision and excellent sealing performance. It can meet the printing requirements for thinner paper with lower weight. The printing platform is less likely to have problems such as bulging or wrinkling of the paper.
6.The pneumatic roller lifting structure ensures balanced pressure on the paper during pressing, and the function remains intact even after long-term use. It is convenient for replacement, disassembly and installation, facilitating maintenance in the future.
7.The 15-liter ultra-large continuous ink supply system, combined with the negative pressure ink path, can ensure stable printing for a long time without ink shortage or ink leakage.
8. Epson's unique VSDT (Variable Drop Size Technology) enables the free control of ink droplet size during printing, thereby reducing the graininess of the image, presenting more detailed picture elements, smooth color transitions, and high saturation.
