1.Rich and precise in color

   It can provide a wide color gamut and present a rich variety of colors. Whether it is bright pure colors or soft transitional colors, it can accurately reproduce them. This enables it to meet the needs of various complex patterns and designs, including high-precision images, delicate illustrations, and artworks with rich color gradations, ensuring that the patterns after transfer are bright, vivid and lifelike.

2.Good permeability

   During the thermal transfer printing process, the ink can quickly and evenly penetrate the surface of the substrate, closely bonding with the material of the substrate. For porous materials such as textiles, the ink can penetrate deep into the fibers, making the patterns have better durability and resistance to friction; for non-porous materials such as ceramics and metals, it can also form a firm adhesion on the surface, being less likely to fall off or fade.

3.Quick curing

   When exposed to high temperature, heat transfer ink can quickly solidify and set. This feature enables the transferred patterns to reach a stable state rapidly, shortening the processing time and enhancing production efficiency. Meanwhile, quick curing also helps prevent ink from spreading or bleeding during the transfer process, ensuring the clarity of the patterns and the sharpness of the edges.

4.High stability

   It has excellent chemical stability and is unlikely to deteriorate, precipitate or clog the printhead during storage and use. Regardless of whether it is in a normal temperature environment or within a certain temperature fluctuation range, the ink's performance can remain relatively stable, ensuring the consistency of printing and transfer effects. Moreover, it can also resist the influence of certain chemical substances such as oxidation, acid and alkali, so that the patterns transferred after printing can maintain good quality under different environmental conditions.

5.Low Odor

   Compared with some traditional inks or toners, heat transfer ink is usually characterized by lower odor. This not only improves the working environment and reduces the impact on the health of operators, but also for some applications that are sensitive to odor, such as clothing and household items, it will not leave any undesirable odor residue on the products, thereby enhancing the quality and user experience of the products.
