Pneumatic heat press machine is a device that uses a pneumatic system to provide pressure and transfers patterns or text onto materials such as fabrics, metals, and ceramics through heat transfer technology.

Working Principle

The heating plate generates heat. Under specific pressure, temperature and time conditions, colorful patterns and text with sublimation or solvent-based inks are firmly transferred onto fabrics like cotton, linen, chemical fibers or other materials via heat transfer. The device requires an external air compressor for operation to supply pneumatic pressure.

  • Efficient dual-station design: Many pneumatic heat press machines adopt a dual-station structure. The two stations operate independently. When Station A is in the high-temperature pressing state, the operator can complete preparations like fabric laying and pattern positioning at Station B. After Station A finishes pressing, the switch can be made quickly, and Station B immediately enters the pressing process, greatly improving production efficiency.
  • Precise pressure control: Equipped with a high-precision pneumatic control system and imported cylinder components, it can achieve precise pressure adjustment of 0-8kg/cm² with a pressure error ≤0.2kg/cm². It can accurately match the pressing needs of different fabrics to ensure clear, firm patterns without indentations.
  • Accurate temperature control: Uses PID microcomputer temperature control with high precision. The temperature uniformity error does not exceed ±2℃, which can make the temperature of the heating plate more uniform and stable, ensuring the heat transfer effect.
  • Air suction fixation function: Some pneumatic heat press machines have a built-in powerful air suction system. It can firmly adsorb the fabric on the workbench before pressing, preventing the fabric from bulging and shifting due to high temperature, ensuring accurate alignment of printed patterns. At the same time, it can quickly dissipate heat after pressing, allowing the fabric to set quickly and reducing damage.
